1. Staying in Belek: The Courses Are on Your Doorstep
Belek is the golf capital of Türkiye. Most of the region’s courses are within a 5–15 minute drive of each other, and many are directly integrated with hotel resorts. A golfer staying in Belek can play a different course every day.
On-site resort courses: Courses such as The Montgomerie Maxx Royal, Cornelia Faldo, Gloria Golf Club (Old, New and the 9-hole Verde), Sueno Golf Club (Pines and Dunes), Kaya Palazzo and Robinson Nobilis sit right next to the resorts of the same name. If you stay at one of these hotels, you can reach the first tee from your room on foot or by buggy in just a few minutes.
Other courses nearby: Carya Golf Club (with night golf), National Golf Club, Antalya Golf Club (PGA Sultan and Pasha) and Cullinan Links (Olympos and Aspendos) are all within a short transfer.
2. Near Antalya Airport
The Belek golf area is usually just a 25–35 minute transfer from Antalya Airport. This means you can often play an afternoon round on the very day you land. Among the courses closest to the airport are Carya, Cornelia and National Golf Club.
3. Staying in Lara or Kundu
From hotels in Lara and Kundu, the Belek golf courses are roughly 25–35 minutes away. It is a very practical option for those who want to stay close to the city and still play golf during the day. The courses in western Belek (Carya, Cornelia, National, Antalya Golf Club) are the easiest to reach from this area.
4. Staying in Antalya City Centre
From central areas such as Kaleiçi or Konyaaltı, the drive to Belek takes approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on traffic. For those who want to combine the city’s history and culture with golf, daily golf transfers are the most comfortable solution.
5. Staying in Side or Manavgat
The closest course to hotels in Side and Manavgat is Lykia Links Golf Club, located east of Belek on the Boğazkent coast. As the first links-style course on Türkiye’s coastline, Lykia Links offers a classic Scottish/Irish golf experience shaped by the sea breeze. The other Belek courses are also easily reached from this area with a short transfer.
6. Staying in Kemer or Alanya
There is no championship-standard golf course in Kemer or Alanya; the nearest courses to both are again in Belek. The drive from Kemer to Belek takes about 1 hour 15 minutes, and from Alanya about 1.5–2 hours. For guests staying in these areas, we organise pre-planned golf days with private transfers. If you are planning several rounds, spending a few nights of your stay in Belek is usually the most efficient choice.
What to Consider When Choosing a Golf Course Near You
Your level: Courses such as PGA Sultan, Montgomerie Maxx Royal and Sueno Pines are technically more demanding, while 9-hole courses like Gloria Verde are ideal for warming up or a quick round.
Handicap requirements: Some championship courses may ask for a handicap certificate, so it is worth checking before you book.
Tee-time availability: Spring and autumn are Antalya’s busiest golf seasons. We recommend booking tee times at popular courses in advance.
Transfers: Find out whether your hotel offers a free shuttle to the course; if not, arrange a private transfer so you can travel comfortably with your golf bag.
